Capsule Ingredient Information
Capsules are fast dissolving in the stomach and easily digestible.
Capsules should be stored in a cool (Temperature 58 to 79 degrees F.), dry place (Humidity 45% and 60%). Expiration date of the capsules is two to five years. The lot number and expiration date are printed on all of our labels.
All our capsules are Kosher and Halal certified.
All our capsules are GMO free.
All our capsules are gluten-free and made without any preservatives.
We currently have two types of vegan capsules:
1. Vegetable Cellulose HPMC capsules have only two ingredients: HPMC and purified water. HPMC -- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose -- is derived from vegetable cellulose. 100% natural, these capsules contain no preservatives, gelatin, wheat, gluten, animal by-products or starch, and they are made from pure cellulose of either pine or poplar.
2. Pullulan Capsules have only three ingredients: Pullulan, water, and gellan gum (1%) Cultured and fermented Natural Product: Vegan, Vegetarian, No animal products No preservatives, additives, gluten or GMO Halal and Kosher certified.
Keeps your products fresh! ....Pullulan has the best oxygen, oil, and barrier properties: 250 times better than HPMC capsules and 9 times better than gelatin capsules.
Green and Healthy: No toxic chemicals are involved in growing, harvesting or even extracting our Pullulan. Hence it is completely natural and environmentally friendly.
Pullulan is a Biopolymer material. It is a Polysaccharide produced by the fermentation of carbohydrate (like starch/sugar) by the fungus Aureobasidium Pullulan. Its polysaccharides are water soluble by nature, through fermentation which makes it a Pullulan. Capsule Connection Pullulan makes an excellent capsule material because of its outstanding film-forming properties and good plasticity.
Gellan gum is a water-soluble anionic polysaccharide produced by the bacterium Sphingomonas elodea. The gellan-producing bacterium was discovered and isolated in 1978 from lily plant tissue from a natural pond in Pennsylvania.
Empty gelatin capsules contain only high-quality beef gelatin and purified water.
White capsules also include natural mineral titanium dioxide as color.
Our gelatin capsules (also known as gel capsules) are made from beef only, no pork. They are BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) free and TSE (Transmissible spongiform Encephalopathies) free.
Our joined gelatin capsules are made in the U.S.A, China, or India. Because of the higher expense, U.S. is available only upon request and with additional 18% payment. The separated gelatin capsules are made in India or China. Our Pullulan vegan capsules are made in China, and the Vegetable Cellulose HPMC capsules are made in India or China.
All of our empty capsules are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities and manufactured in accordance with GMP and ISO 9002 regulations and are made without the addition of ethylene oxide or sulfites.
Safety Information:
Keep capsules out of direct sunlight, hot water and high temperatures. Capsule content depends on the density, concentration and the amount of the powder filled.
FILLING OILS?
While capsules are made to fill powders, many customers have used them for years to fill liquids. Note that water causes the capsule material to soften and dissolve. So any capsules filled with a liquid that contains water must be consumed promptly.
