All items listed are unconditionally guaranteed. If you wish to return products because of defect or our fault, there is no charge if returned within 30 days. Opened capsules cannot be returned. Used Capsule Machines cannot be returned unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless our fault. You must have our authorization before sending back any returns. Special orders are non-refundable once a deposit is made.
